Sylvia Plath was a beekeeper, you know?

From Museum of Fine Arts, Boston

Join us at the MFA for a semi-interactive performance work devised and curated by three young performers; Travis Amiel, Alyx Henigman, and Simon Dyer.

The new and exciting happening explores the hobbies that fascinated and captivated 9 of history’s most influential, groundbreaking, but now very dead, artists. Through word, sound, and movement, performers interact with these compelling figures of the past in an entirely new way, potentially finding connections through sonorous, kinetic, and textual abstractions.

Through observer participation, those in attendance dictate and curate their own experience by selecting objects that represent instructions for each performer, creating a unique and singular experience for those involved.
